Carlo has taken part in the Armabrand mission by personally getting involved by mentoring as well invested personal and company resources in programs and activities. He is the co-founder of Xybanetx. Carlo has executive responsibility for the Implementation and Aftercare operations for the company. Carlo has been in Management and ICT Consulting since 1996. Prior to establishing Xybanetx, Carlo operated, in Europe, as programme manager for various overseas consulting oganisations. He has managed numerous consulting assignments in the UK, Italy, Namibia and South Africa.
