ARMABRAND FOUNDATION- (Equipping, Exposing and Expecting Young Minds to Innovate)

The Background- This Foundation was founded by Timothy Maurice Webster (Author, Speaker & Designer) whose personal philosophy of inspiring individuals to take ownership of their unique fingerprints which he believes is every individuals personal logo or label. At the age of 21 Timothy was rescued from a wayward life where he was mentored and set on the right track by a man who told him that the only pay he required in return for helping him was for Timothy to give back to someone.  Once Timothy graduated from University, he heeded this advice and started a leadership program called ARMS (Appoint Real Mentors Someone Special) which mentored and taught University and High School students leadership skills.  This program evolved from program to foundation and moved from America to South Africa.  The Foundation is now a Peer to Peer leadership organization, where Students from University spend 12weeks undergoing intensive leadership training. Afterwhich, they go to a community for another 8 weeks where they empower other High School students. After the students are empowered in the areas of personal brand leadership skills (The Art of Creating Vision, Public Speaking, Negotiating, Power Etiquette, Internet Branding, Emotional & Cultural Intelligence, Building Personal Equity, Networking and Interviewing) Timothy then selects the brightest and takes advantage of the enormous creative energy to create documentaries, publish books and empower other NGOs who need additional capacity for the purposes of enterprise development, research and training. The Armabrand Foundation knows that when you bring together, relevant and significant partnerships and marry them with bright young minds, the outcomes will be profitable to all stakeholders.  

Our misson- is to equip young minds to take ownership of their personal brands, expose them to opportunities and believe in their capacity to deliver as well as give back, which will create a cycle of development that will reach a tipping point, change a nation and ultimately the world!

Our vision- is to roll out the Armabrand model throughout the developing world bridging global communities.
